The Big Bird Side Show

This is the federal budget deficit for the past decade.

Here's how I think of it: That's what our kids are inheriting. It represents higher taxes and/or higher inflation and lower growth for them.

But President Obama has a more important issue to discuss with the American people: Big Bird. If we can't cut Big Bird and the Post Office, how can we possibly talk about something important? This administration is bankrupt.
